Job Description:
As a Travel CT/Rad Tech (Dual Modality), you will perform both computed tomography and diagnostic radiology imaging procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. You'll work in a dynamic environment that values patient care, precision, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:

Perform both CT and diagnostic X-ray procedures according to physician orders and established protocols
Prepare and position patients for accurate and safe imaging procedures
Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality diagnostic results
Monitor patients during scans and provide compassionate care and reassurance
Collaborate with radiologists and other medical professionals to ensure proper imaging interpretation and diagnosis
Adhere to safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff

Education and Certification Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT and Diagnostic Radiology
Active ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
State licensure in North Carolina (if applicable)
