Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – OR
Location: York, PA
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Shift, 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgical procedures across various specialties including Orthopedic, Vascular, Thoracic, and Robotic surgeries.
• Ensure proper aseptic technique and safe handling of surgical instruments and supplies.
• Set up and maintain sterile fields, pass instruments, and assist surgeons during operative procedures.
• Operate and maintain equipment including the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System.
• Participate in trauma procedures, including Level I trauma cases.
• Complete on-call responsibilities (4–6 calls per 6-week period) with 30-minute response time.
• Work 4–6 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule, including possible day, evening, or night shifts.
• Float to sterile processing as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist, including multi-specialty cases.
• Strong background in Ortho, Vascular, Thoracic, and Robotic surgeries.
• Level I Trauma experience required.
• Experience using EPIC charting system (required).
• Must hold current BLS certification.
• Must be certified by NBSTSA (required).
• First-time travelers not accepted.
