                                        SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST

DESCRIPTION:

Location: Wray, Colorado
Shift: Full-time, 4 x 10-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM; shift may vary)
On-Call: One weekend per month and one night per week.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment for various procedures.
• Assist surgeons and surgical staff during procedures in orthopedic, ophthalmology, general surgery, urology, gynecology, C-section, and ENT cases.
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to strict infection control protocols.
• Assist with DaVinci and orthopedic robotic procedures (preferred experience).
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and maintenance of surgical instruments.
• Document surgical procedures and maintain accurate records as required.

Qualifications:

• DORA Certification required.
• Experience in orthopedic and robotic-assisted surgeries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and operating room procedures.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
