About The Position
Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:30 - 16:00 Experience: 2 years License: Pending license acceptable with submission, must be in-hand prior to start Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT, CCI RCIS Must-Have: Strong structural heart experience required TAVR experience required Call required Every 3rd weekend required Description: Join a fast-paced, high-acuity cardiac cath lab team. Participate in cutting-edge procedures daily, including complex coronary cases and structural heart interventions. Be ready to start by 07:30, including specialized cases like TAVR. Work weekdays until around 16:00, with Saturday elective cases handled by the call team. Rotate between multiple labs, supporting 10-12 coronary cases and 5-8 electrophysiology cases daily. Scrub, circulate, and monitor procedures, including coverage in the operating room or an additional lab as needed. Deliver high-quality care that meets strict standards, such as 90-minute door-to-balloon times. Ideal candidates are fast learners who can stay calm under pressure. Team players who prioritize patient safety will thrive. Skilled technologists who can manage cases independently will earn the trust of seasoned cardiologists. Individuals committed to top-tier care and open to continuous learning will excel. The staff is highly experienced, with many having over 15 years in the lab.
