About The Position
Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 06:30 - 17:00 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Valid CA License in hand Certifications: ARRT, Fluoro Permit, BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Strong experience in coronary and peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures - Ability to monitor patients accurately - Proficient in angioplasty and cardiac stent placement Description: Seeking a Cath Lab Tech for an acute care setting. The tech will perform coronary and peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures. The daily caseload will consist of 8-12 cases. Ideal candidates will have experience with cardiac arrhythmias and permanent pacemaker insertions. Candidates should be comfortable with a variety of procedures including diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and endovascular interventions. Candidates must possess a strong background in hemodynamic monitoring. The position requires call coverage as needed. First-timers are accepted, and weekend availability is not required. The facility supports the traveler in finding housing if needed. This position is located in a region known for natural beauty and outdoor activities. Candidates must have the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Travelers may be expected to float between facilities if required. Referencing supervisory experience is required for submission.
