Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at a teaching hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both body and neuro interventional procedures and will be comfortable with a variety of medical technologies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various interventional procedures including vascular, genitourinary, and neurological studies.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field and set up equipment for procedures.
• Monitor and document patient data accurately throughout the procedure.
• Participate in quality control and maintenance of imaging equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology.
• Current ARRT certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.
• Experience in a teaching hospital and familiarity with Trauma Level I or II is preferred.
• New Jersey state license required.
