Job Description

Join a busy inpatient echocardiography lab at a tertiary care hospital with a level I trauma center. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform 7-8 echocardiograms daily, including transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms.
• Ensure compliance with ASE and IAC standards for diagnostic imaging.
• Maintain strict adherence to lab protocols for consistency and accuracy.
• Optimize image quality through expert scanning techniques and equipment settings.
• Provide exceptional patient care and communication during procedures.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals for continuous improvement.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of echocardiography experience, including 2+ years in an acute inpatient setting.
• Proficiency in a range of echo procedures, with in-depth knowledge of complex cardiac anatomy and pathology.
• Strong time management skills to handle high-volume workflows effectively.
