**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in cardiac catheterization procedures and a strong understanding of advanced imaging technologies. As a Cath Lab Technician, you will work in a high-acuity setting, ensuring safe and high-quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate Philips x-ray equipment and manage Xper monitoring systems during cardiac catheterization, vascular, interventional radiology (IR), and electrophysiology (EP) procedures.
- Collaborate with medical staff to maintain optimal workflow and patient safety.
- Document procedures accurately using Epic software.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide weekend coverage as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of techniques and equipment used in the Cath Lab.

**Qualifications:**
- **Required:** Solid experience in Cath Lab procedures is essential.
- **Preferred:** Experience with catheterization, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO), EP/pacemakers, ablations, vascular procedures, and interventional radiology.

**Certifications and Skills:**
- Active certification relevant to the role.
- Proficiency in using imaging and monitoring equipment, specifically Philips x-ray technology.
- Strong documentation skills using Epic software.

**Work Environment:**

**Schedule and Availability:**
- Standard Shift: Monday through Friday, 0700-1730 (10-hour shifts, 4 days per week).
- On-call requirements: Approximately 1 weekday per week, with coverage every 5th to 6th weekend from Friday at 1730 to Monday at 0700.

**Please Note:** Requested Time Off (RTO) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
