American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment with day shifts, requiring at least 1 year of experience and active NJ or Compact licensure.

• Assignment is in a hospital-based cardiac catheterization laboratory
• Performs 10–15 cases per day, including CAD, PAD, STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiac arrhythmias, and neuro (stroke) procedures
• 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call required every fifth weekend and one to two times per week
• Candidates must float within their skillset as needed
• Uses Epic for charting; Epic experience preferred
• Holiday policy requires working 2 of the 3 major winter holidays
• Duties include assisting in a range of cardiac and neuro interventional cases
• Candidates may be required to make up missed shifts within the same pay period
• Must disclose any international work history or permanent residency
• Locals are accepted at the same rate
• First-time travelers are welcome
• Returning staff must have been separated from the health system for at least one year to be eligible
• Dress code requires appropriate scrubs
• Excessive callouts or failure to complete the final week may result in facility DNR (Do Not Return) status

• Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab or relevant clinical experience
• Active NJ or Compact Radiology/ARRT license required prior to start; license required if applicable
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• References required for consideration
• Ability to perform complex interventional and neuro procedures
• Must complete pre-employment modules and Epic training
