Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology experience at a leading healthcare facility in California.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cardiac catheterization lab specializing in heart catheterizations and interventional radiology procedures
• Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Care provided primarily for adult cardiac patients
• Candidates must be available to complete lab work within 3-5 days of offer acceptance
• Only one holiday off will be approved during the contract
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates; locals are accepted at a different rate
• Returning travelers must have a break of at least one year before reapplying
• E-learning modules are required during orientation, typically averaging 1-5 hours depending on specialty

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience required
• Current CA state license
• CA Fluoroscopy Permit required
• Active ARRT(R), BLS, and ACLS (AHA certifications required)
• License required if applicable
• Must be able to provide copies of all required certifications
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
