Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist or EP Technologist with a minimum of 3 years’ cath lab experience and RT(R) or RCIS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Works in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting
Performs all cases related to the cardiac cath lab and device implants
Shift is 3x12 hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
On call two nights per week and every fourth weekend
Patient caseload includes cardiac cath and device implant procedures
No floating within hospital or to affiliate hospitals required
Will be responsible for scrubbing and panning all cath lab and device implant cases
Required to take call for STEMI patients as part of the rotation
Return staff policy prohibits candidates who have worked as perm staff at this facility or affiliate within the last 10 years
Locals accepted at the same rate
No mile radius rule applies

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a cardiac cath lab
Associate of Science degree required
Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT[R]) required; RCIS preferred
State license required if applicable
Copy of certifications required for consideration
Must provide two references for consideration
