Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with recent acute care experience for a day shift travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is in an acute physical therapy unit
• Work hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Assignment is 13 weeks in length
• Care is provided in an acute hospital setting
• Candidate will provide patient care in an acute setting
• Orientation and support provided at assignment start
• Standard weekday day shifts with no mention of weekend or on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• At least 6 months of recent experience in a physical therapy role within the past 6 months
• No gaps in work history equal to or greater than 90 days in the last 12 months
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• Certifications must be valid for at least the first 30 days of assignment
