LeaderStat is currently seeking a PT Acute Care Hospital Therapy/Rehabilitation for a(n) 13 week contract in IN.

Start Date: 10/28/2025
End Date: 1/27/2026
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

1 year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist
Clinical experience within the last 2 years
Current State Licensure
Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
