Qualifications

  Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (CNA) in the state in which the clinician will practice

  n
n
• n

  Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.

  n

  TB skin test (current within last 12 months)

  n
n
• n

  Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required

  n
n
• n

  Must have reliable transportation  

  n
n
