The Transformation Coach drives experience in design and value delivery by coaching Activation Squad leaders in their roles. As a player-coach, this role models strong product definition, experience design, and execution to align business objectives with Athlete outcomes. The Transformation Coach helps translate strategy into roadmaps, develop experience briefs, and shape backlogs in partnership with Product leaders and cross-functional teams. By supporting squads on problem solving, trade-offs, and delivery focus, this role ensures cohesive product development across value streams. The Transformation Coach also helps define successful metrics tied to financial and operational impact, strengthens business cases with clear outcomes, and supports onboarding and upskilling of new squad leaders to build long-term capability.

This is a full time hybrid (remote on Monday and Friday, in office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) role located in Coraopolis, PA.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as a player-coach, directly coaching Activation Squad Leaders to build strength in product definition, experience design, backlog management, and delivery execution.
• Model and teach product model best practices, ensuring consistency across squads and adherence to enterprise ways of working.
• Support teams in navigating ambiguity, framing problems effectively, balancing trade-offs, and maintaining delivery focus.
• Serve as a trusted coach, enabling the squads to drive execution quality and team performance Onboard, mentor, and develop new Squad Leaders to build long-term internal capability.

• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate enterprise strategy into clear, actionable roadmaps and experience briefs.
• Apply domain expertise to help shape backlogs, ensuring work is tightly aligned to business priorities, value streams, and Athlete outcomes.
• Drive integration across value streams to ensure cohesive, end-to-end product experiences that deliver against enterprise objectives.

• Define, refine, and review success metrics that tie directly to financial, operational, and Athlete outcomes.
• Guide business case development to strengthen investment decisions and articulate measurable outcomes.
• Continuously assess squad performance, delivery progress, and impact to inform prioritization and course correction where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 - 10 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience managing and leading high-performance teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple products, and shifting priorities through effective planning, prioritization, delegation and coordination across teams and vendors.
• Proven track record of delivering world-class product and experiences.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (epics, features, stories,), modern software development practices (test driven development, paired programming, continuous deployment), and tools (Jira, Pivotal)
• Capable of quickly establishing and fostering partnerships with executives and other stakeholders in a highly cross-functional, matrixed organization.
