Job Description

AECOM is actively seeking an experienced Training Specialist for employment in Atlanta, GA. The routine responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Maintains system user procedures and user aids.
• Manages materials prepared for training classes.
• Coordinates procedure updates with subject matter expert.
• Coordinates communications for key product areas.
• Teaches web seminars and portions of live classroom materials.
• Develops training programs through the application of sound principles of communication and instructional technology.
• Works under the supervision of manager or project lead.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS + None or AA/AS + 2 years of relevant experience or HS/GED + 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security check.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time monitoring Intelligent Transportation Systems such CCTV camera displays, meters, law enforcement radio broadcasts, answering/responding to calls and communicating to other staff or partner agencies.
• Constantly operate a computer and other monitoring equipment.
