Location: Pasadena, TX Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Your work will play a critical role in shaping and supporting a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, positively impacting the lives of more than 65,000 patients across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training programs for new hires and current staff
• Assist in onboarding processes and continuing education initiatives
• Develop and deliver educational content tailored to various learning styles
• Identify knowledge gaps and work with leadership to improve training materials
• Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and relevance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the home care or home health industry
• Prior training or educational experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to engage and motivate adult learners
• Valid drivers license and insurance
• Reliable transportation
