Job Overview:

• Develops and executes the annual Field Studies Program (FSP)
• Coordinates all Formal Course allocated seats (students)
• In-process all Formal Course students
• Completes all administrative requirements for all formal course students, (Medical, ALSE, automation, lodging, meals, FSP)
• Monitors formal course student progress and produces and staffs academic efficiency reports, sponsor program actions, graduation, and any On-the-Job-Training as follow-on training
• Creates and maintains formal course student records (individual records, training schedules, certificates, critiques, USPFO memorandum, and ITO endorsements).
• Maintains formal course student records
• Inputs into Security Assistance Network (SAN) Arrival, photo, departure, Academic Efficiency Report, and any special progress message necessary to manage students
• Coordinates with Country Program Managers at SATFA on student management issues
• Maintains the IMSO SOP (Continuity Binder)
• Monitors student mail to ensure security and delivery
• Assists students with transportation and POV issues
• Complete all students pay documents and follows-up on all student financial actions
• Completes Chief IMSO duties in his absence
• Assists in Training Manager duties for packet prep, in-processing, and out-processing

Degree(s)/Years of Experience: (2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Degree).

Required Experience:

• Experience with Field Studies Program (FSP) execution
• Experience with in-processing International Military Students
• Experience with record keeping
• Strong communication skills

Clearance: Secret
