Pay & Benefits

$19/hr - $32/hr based on experience

$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Paid weekly!

4-day work week! (4x10)

$6,240/annual ($3/hr) shift premium for 2nd shift positions

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on trailer refrigeration units.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Repair or replace defective parts, such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, fans, hoses, belts, and electronic controls.
• Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed manufacturer's specifications and company standards.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation regarding maintenance and repairs.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with drivers and fleet managers.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry technology and repair techniques through ongoing education and training.
• Assist other Technicians as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Talent Requirements

• 608 Certification preferred.
• Experience with TRUs (Transport Refrigeration Units) preferred.
• Thermoking and/or Carrier factory certifications preferred.
• Understanding of transportation refrigeration operation and microprocessor control systems.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Basic computer skills as it applies to diagnostic tooling.
• Valid Driver's License.

Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required for this position, as it is essential for daily communication and performing job duties effectively.
