The services include site acquisition, design, and construction, to full operations, maintenance, and deconstruction.

Essential Functions:

• Must maintain and enforce the company's safety program, ensure daily job site safety plans are reviewed and followed. Immediately stops work when unsafe work practices or conditions exist.
• Recognizes and performs duties within OSHA safety guidelines as well as all applicable safety laws and policies.
• Assist Crew Lead/Foreman to ensure quality service to clients.
• Work effectively both individually and with other crew members.
• Handle transportation of equipment.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
• Travel up to 100%

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of wireless-tower technician experience required
• Successful completion and passing score of all mandatory company certifications are required
• Ability to climb, at least, a 250' telecommunications tower required
• Technical knowledge of wireless telecommunications products required
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull 65lbs required
• Willingness to work in hot and cold weather conditions for long periods of time required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a tower climber preferred
• Current ComTrain or equivalent certification in Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue is preferred
• NWSA Certification preferred
• OSHA 10 Hour Certification preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines and practical use of these guidelines as well as all other applicable safety laws and policies preferred
• Willingness to take on and learn new tasks, as needed
• Ability to work overtime to include Saturdays, Sundays and evening hours
• Capable of being entrusted with company assets and confidential information
