Tower Foreman / Top Hand

We are seeking an experienced Tower Foreman / Top Hand to lead and execute wireless tower construction, maintenance, and upgrade projects. This role requires advanced climbing skills, technical proficiency, and leadership capabilities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work at height.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of tower crews. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines. Conduct on-site training and mentorship for junior climbers and technicians.

Perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of antennas, lines, mounts, and related equipment. Safely climb towers up to 500 feet and operate at height for extended periods. Conduct rigging, hoisting, and equipment transfers using approved methods.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of tower climbing experience, with proven leadership in foreman/top hand roles. Proficiency in RF systems, coax/fiber installation, and sweep/PIM testing. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to travel regionally and work outdoors in varying conditions. Certifications preferred: ComTrain, OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, RF Awareness. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at height for extended durations. Comfortable with climbing, rigging, and working in remote environments. Strong hand-eye coordination and situational awareness.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
