• Lead the toddler classroom, ensuring a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment.
• Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to foster social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families and communicate daily about each child's progress.
• Collaborate with assistant teachers and center leadership to maintain quality and consistency.
• Comply with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and center policies.

• ECE certification (required) in Massachusetts.
• At least 6 months of experience working with toddlers or preschool-age children (1+ year preferred).
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
