In this position, you will work under the direction of the Titling Manager to keep the title department running smoothly and help manage day-to-day operations. Title Clerk Primary Responsibilities:

• Approve and process auction and title requests (wholesale and auction)
• Process sales bonuses and status pending sales
• Enter data for all auction and wholesale info
• Code and copy auction/wholesale checks
• Manage daily mail and correspond with outside parties including system members and auctioneers as needed

Title Clerk Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of general office clerk experience
• Able to safely handle confidential information
• Able to operate standard office equipment, as well as Word and Excel
