• Examine title and draft title opinions
• Perform curative work
• Draft and edit deeds, leases, assignments, and real estate-related agreements
• Contribute directly to a wide range of impactful legal projects

Active West Virginia Bar license (Pittsburgh Bar admission is a plus!) 24 years of experience examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work Previous work in energy and natural resources law preferred eagerness to take on more responsibility , including drafting and editing contracts, leases, and deeds Strong research, writing, speaking, and analytical skills A team mindset, drive to learn, and absolute professionalism
