TIG Welder

We are looking for a skilled TIG welder to work with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel. The role involves performing quality checks and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Weld stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel using TIG welding techniques.
• Perform quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Follow and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in TIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
• Skills in quality control, including inspecting work and identifying defects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting and decision-making.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with team members.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Manual dexterity and strength for handling materials and operating tools.
• Physical stamina to work in demanding conditions, including standing and lifting.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning to stay updated with welding technologies.
• Leadership skills to mentor and train less experienced welders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.94 - $46.28/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
