TIG Welder Join a Skilled Team in Chaska, MN (Full-Time, Permanent)

We're hiring a TIG Welder to join our high-performing manufacturing team where your precision and craftsmanship are valued every day.

What You'll Do

• TIG weld stainless and carbon steel (1/16" to ") with precision and care.
• Work from blueprints and work orders to assemble parts to exact specifications.
• Weld small U-shaped tubes in radiators including thin materials and tight spots.
• Perform most welds while seated at adjustable welding tables for comfort and consistency.
• Inspect, repair, and rework welds as needed to meet quality standards.
• Prep surfaces using grinders, cutters, and drills.

What You Bring

• 1+ year of TIG welding experience on stainless steel at one company.
• Skilled in light gauge TIG welding with tight tolerances (down to .035").
• Comfortable working with small parts and thin metals.
• Bonus: MIG welding experience, blueprint reading, or mechanical skills.
• Welding school or 34 years of hands-on experience is a big plus!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52832.00 - $64563.00/yr.

Competitive Pay: Pay range $25.40 - $31.04/hr.
