CARE Counseling is hiring Licensed Clinicians to join our growing team in the Twin Cities metro area.

What You'll Do:

Screen and assess for mental health and substance use disorders
Provide individualized treatment using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic modalities
Monitor clinical progress and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and side effects
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

What You'll Bring:

Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral science or related field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Education, etc.)
Active independent clinical license in Minnesota: LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT
