This Physical Therapist position is for a 13-week contract within a skilled nursing facility located in Clarksville, TN. With activities such as bicycle rentals and mini-golf, as well as indoor play areas for families, leisure options are abundant.At the facility, you will be part of a team responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering personalized rehabilitation programs for patients. The typical workday involves a mix of direct patient care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA; CERT-Diploma/Degree-Associate
