Monday through Friday day shift 40 hours per week
55 patient visits per week caseload
Outpatient orthopedic and neurological setting
Focus on adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients
Experience required with orthopedic and fall risk assessments
Extensive orthopedic case mix including spine and joint conditions
Brachial plexus injury experience needed
Case management responsibilities included

From $ to $ weekly
Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
