I'm hiring for a Physical Therapist in Florida !

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team. The PT completes patient assessments and participates in developing and implementing individualized care plans focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience. The PT provides or directs a majority of the patient s physical therapy to support patients throughout the continuum of care.

Location : Near Haverhill, Florida
Type : Full-time and permanent
Shift : Days with no weekends
Requirements : College degree, FL license, BLS cert, at least 2 years experience
Pay : $36-$53/hr
