Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm day shift schedule
Productivity requirement of 25 units per week
Home health setting focused on geriatrics, neurology, and orthopedics
Experience with OASIS documentation required
Specialized in wound care and lymphedema management
Focus on adult and geriatric patient populations
Expertise in adaptive devices and body mechanics required
Experience with neurodevelopmental techniques and spinal cord injuries

From $ to $ weekly
Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
