• Full time 8-hour daytime shifts no weekends or call
• 4 - 5 adult patients per day, one-to-one care ratio
• Home health setting providing adult care
• EMR: Homecare Homebase
• OASIS experience required for start of care
• 1 year recent skilled hospice experience required

From $ to $ weekly
Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
