Your Impactful Journey as a Therapy Leader
In this essential role, you will:

1. Support the Director of Therapy Operations in managing daily therapy team activities, including scheduling, training, and effective communication with staff and hospital departments.
2. Deliver direct patient care, fostering strong relationships by addressing the physical, mental, and emotional needs of each patient to facilitate their recovery.
3. Celebrate patient milestones and victories along their rehabilitation paths.

Qualifications Needed

• Current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years' experience in occupational or physical therapy or in a leadership role, with at least two years of hands-on clinical experience.
• Active participation on the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or possession of specialty professional certifications is preferred.
