About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with SHP, you’ll deliver patient-centered care in a secure, team-based environment. Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct patient care and education

• Assisting providers with assessments and treatment plans

• Monitoring chronic and acute conditions

• Managing medication administration and documentation

• Responding to emergencies and following established protocols

You’ll work closely with providers and correctional staff to ensure quality healthcare delivery within the facility.
