Essential Job Summary::

Interstate Waste Services (IWS) is looking for a street-smart, goal-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, know how to sign and renew contracts, and love the thrill of high-volume outreach, this role is your ticket to unlimited earning potential.

Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.:

• Hit the streets daily to promote and sell IWS’s waste and recycling services.
• Build a strong book of business by signing new accounts and renewing existing ones.
• Develop strategic sales plans to crush revenue targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with confidence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of service and customer satisfaction.
• Keep your CRM updated with every win and lead

Requirements and Qualifications::

• Proven success in contract sales and commercial account management.
• Experience in high-volume sales environments with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and territory planning.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).
• Comfortable navigating NYC’s five boroughs.

IWS’s base pay actually offered takes into account a range of factors including, but not limited to, internal equity, the candidate’s geographic region,  job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Salary Range Minimum: USD $55,000.00/Yr. Salary Range Maximum: USD $140,000.00/Yr.
