Job Posting: Terminal Janitorial Manager
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Terminal Janitorial Manager to oversee our janitorial team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in janitorial management, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the janitorial staff.
• Ensure all terminal areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in janitorial management is a plus.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Compensation:
Competitive salary of $90,000 per year.

Language Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Must possess and utilize effective listening skills.

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
