Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused leader to join our team as Fitness Attendant. The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record in providing exceptional service, is open to learning and responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team. This individual will engage with and provide an exemplary service experience for guests while maintaining a clean and well-organized fitness environment. They will work closely with the team to provide a clean and safe fitness environment for guests. They will maintain an energetic presence in the fitness area.

Your Role:

• Enhance the guest experience while in the fitness center.
• Ensure the equipment is in safe and proper operation.
• Greet and engage with guests, setting the example for customer service best practices.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the fitness center.
• Have knowledge of the fitness area and the resort/hotel.
• Ensure policies are followed in all point-of-sale operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Help to resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things arent quite right.
• Work closely with the team to ensure the retail store is kept clean and organized.
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Strong desire to make an impact on other people.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $16.50/Hr. - $16.50/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
