Temporary Full-Time Housekeeping Staff

Important Note: This is a Temporary position expected to last 3-4 months from the date of hire, with a weekly schedule from Friday to Tuesday.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to established guidelines and safety protocols.
• Keep records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to residents, staff, and guests.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with residents and staff.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as walking, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks consistently.
• Capability to work around cleaning products.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions efficiently.
• Must reside within the service area.
