Job Title
Partner with business leaders to align activities and solutions to business strategy. Research and analyze business issues and potential solutions and collaborate with various stakeholders and partners. Depending on workflow and type of business requirements, may be assigned a variety of work such as project or program management, financial or other reporting and analysis, change management, vendor management, or communications; or instead may be assigned to focus on one area of expertise, based on business need. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Apply basic industry knowledge to research, analyze, design, and/or compile information in support of projects and changing business needs.
- Perform analysis, validation and interpretation of report outputs. Follow up on business actions based on interpreted findings of the analyzed business reports. Explain and interpret complex, difficult, or sensitive information.
- Apply in-depth knowledge within own professional discipline and a foundational understanding of concepts and principles of other related professional disciplines.
- Lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
- Impact a range of client, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
- Applies foundational knowledge and learns how to apply theoretical concepts in practical situations.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience, including up to two years of analysis and project management.
- May have developed skills in financial analysis, change management, vendor management, project management or other business processes or have breadth of knowledge in several areas.
- Foundational understanding of applicable principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with business management or a professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, financial analysis, risk management, etc.).
- Effective verbal and written communication sufficient to provide information to others and accomplish business objectives.
Other Job Requirements / Working Conditions
- Sitting Constantly (More than 50% of the time)
- Visual / Audio / Speaking Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.
- Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.
- Availability Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
- Travel Minimal and up to 10%
