Our client, a premier manufacturer of work truck attachments and equipment is seeking a Technical Service Representative to join their team. As a Technical Service Representative, you will be part of the Service Department supporting their customers. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, be a team player and have great communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Service Representative

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $50k to $77K

What's The Job?

• Answer telephone calls and emails from customers concerning products and complaints.
• Administer RMA claims in the warranty program.
• Assist in the development/improvement of training materials, product displays, training aids and presentations.
• Install, service and maintain products on demo vehicles.
• Provide sales, advertising and marketing department with support for sales events requiring assembly of presentation of product

What's Needed?

• Associates degree or equivalent from a junior college or technical school.
• Experience in 12V electrical systems and hydraulics.
• Great communication skills both verbally and written.
• Experience reading detailed schematics.
• Customer service experience.
• Have or have the ability to obtain a US Passport and DOT Medical Card.
