Verantwortungsbereich:
Alle Bereiche der applikativen Grifols-Kundenbetreuung, unter anderem:
- Funchiert als Schnittstelle zwischen den Grifols-Abteilungen und den Kundenstandorten
- Einarbeitung neuer Kunden an Analysensystemen und im Reagenzhandling
- Software-Updates
- Beratung unserer Kunden in der IH und NAT
- Troubleshooting im analytischen Umfeld
- Analysieren von Arbeitsablufen
- Erfassen und Pflege von Kundendaten
- Wissenschaftliche Untersttzung
Alle Projekte, die an den Kundenstandorten implementiert werden:
- Sorgt fr einen guten Kommunikationsfluss innerhalb Grifols sowie auf Kundenseite
- Entwicklung von Projektplnen
- Beteiligung an der Einfhrung neuer Produkte
- Anbindung und Pflege der LIS-Kommunikation
- Aufsetzen und Pflege unserer Middleware Lsung
Zustzlich:
- Untersttzung der Verkaufsleiter mit Prsentationen, Analysen und Dokumentation
- Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter
- Verifizierung von Dokumenten
- Hilfestellung bei der Erstellung von Standard Operation Procedures
- Technische Untersttzung bei Ausschreibungsprozessen
Anforderungsprofil:
- Wissenschaftliche Bachelor-Ausbildung im Bereich Medizin, einem artverwandten Zweig oder MTA mit mindestens 4 Jahren Erfahrung im Bereich Anwendungsuntersttzung in der Medizintechnik
- Flieende deutsche und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
- Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Nachweisbare analytische Fhigkeiten und lsungsorientiertes Denken und Arbeiten
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfhigkeit
- Bereitschaft zu hoher Reisettigkeit (ber 75%) und gelegentliche Dienstreisen in weitere europische Lnder
- Gute MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse, Erfahrungen mit Netzwerken und Servicemax wren wnschenswert.
