HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an integral member of the Burger King team, this position is responsible for:

• Greeting guests with a smile, receiving orders, processing payments and responding appropriately to customer issues.
• Operating cash register or point of sale devices, as needed and using value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Verifying the accuracy of guests' orders.
• Preparing and packaging food and drink products.
• Cleaning kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas and utensils.
• Cleaning dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintaining health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloading and stocking inventory items as needed.
• Performing duties at multiple workstations (e.g., front counter, drive-thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.);
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Following uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Working to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant.
• Learning team effectiveness skills; working with others to achieve team goals.
• Responding to guests' needs in a professional and polite manner.
• Communicating in a positive manner with customers, peers, and managers.
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
