Our routes span the length of I-35, stretching East into the Midwest, down to Texas, and extending to portions of the Northeast and Southeast, served by multiple terminals in strategic locations. Rewarding Safe, Strong Starts
We believe in rewarding great performance right away. New hires can earn a monthly incentive during their first six months — based on miles driven and safe driving.

Truck Driver Top Pay and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $0.75 CPM – $0.80 CPM
  • 0.02 CPM monthly, 18,000 – 18,999 miles
  • 0.03 CPM monthly, 19,000 – 19,999 miles
  • 0.05 CPM monthly, 20,000 + miles

Truck Driver Additional Benefits:

Truck Driver Requirements:

• Minimum Age of 21
• Must have a Valid CDL-A Commercial Driver's License
• Must have 6 months of experience
• Must Pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen
• Safe Driving Record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
