Rewarding Safe, Strong Starts
We believe in rewarding great performance right away. New hires can earn a monthly incentive during their first six months — based on miles driven and safe driving.

Truck Driver Top Pay and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $0.75 CPM – $0.80 CPM
• Monthly Mileage bonus – .02cpm to .05 – the more you run the more you earn!

Truck Driver Additional Benefits:

• Well-Equipped Late-Model Tractors and Trailers equipped with APUs or Idle Smart
• Detention Pay and Layover Pay

Truck Driver Requirements:

• Minimum Age of 21
• Must have a Valid CDL-A Commercial Driver's License
• Must have 6 months of experience
• Must Pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen
• Safe Driving Record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
