Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance and planning for high net worth individuals, partnerships, and various entities including real estate and non-profit organizations. The Tax Manager will lead tax-related projects and provide strategic guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations while optimizing their tax positions.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance and reporting for high net worth individuals, partnerships, estates, trusts, and non-profit entities.
Develop and implement tax strategies to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while minimizing tax liabilities.
Lead tax research and planning initiatives, providing clients with timely and strategic tax advice.
Review and prepare complex tax returns for individuals and partnerships, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Manage relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their tax-related inquiries and concerns.
Conduct tax audits and prepare responses to inquiries from tax authorities as needed.
Stay updated on tax legislation and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or a similar role, with a focus on high net worth individuals and partnerships.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations related to real estate, estates, trusts, and non-profit organizations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to build client relationships.
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
