What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue goals for the catering department.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to drive business growth.
• Create customized event proposals and collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Monitor and evaluate trends within your market segment.
• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive friendly courteous and service-oriented manner.

Qualifications:

• Hotel sales experience is highly preferred.
• Must possess exceptional customer service and a high sense of urgency.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Can communicate well with guests.
• Must be willing to pitch-in and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
• Can do, problem solver personality.
• Friendly disposition with a passion for hospitality.

Compensation Range: $1,150.00/Wk. - $1,300.00/Wk. based on qualifications and experience.
