Talent Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Talent Manager to join our Talent & Analytics Team. This role focuses on fostering continuous, technology-driven learning to support organizational readiness for rapid change. The ideal candidate will balance digital literacy with human-centered approaches, playing a key role in workforce transformation through scalable, data-driven, and employee-centric learning solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. AI and Technology Integration: Utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning to personalize learning pathways, provide real-time insights, and enhance content delivery efficiency.
2. Skill Mapping & Enablement Strategy: Use our Talent Management platform, Career Hub, to identify, assess, and visualize workforce skills, aligning capabilities with business needs for better planning and talent development.
3. Curating Learning: Select and organize learning resources via our platforms to create personalized, relevant, and engaging learning experiences based on strategic needs.
4. Learning Operations & Enrollment: Manage learning program logistics, planning, tracking, and optimization to ensure timely access and accurate progress monitoring.
5. Market Research and Data Analytics: Keep abreast of learning trends, analyze internal and external data to anticipate skills needs, and evaluate program effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.
6. Immersive and Social Learning Adoption: Promote social learning opportunities that foster engagement and knowledge sharing through technology and trend insights.
7. Mindset and Change Leadership: Encourage a growth mindset and agility, supporting others to embrace change and thrive.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in Learning & Development.
• 5+ years experience with digital learning technologies, including microlearning, mobile learning, and AI platforms.
• Experience with collaborative, peer-to-peer learning environments and platforms.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or global organizations.
• Experience in personalizing learning experiences using data and technology.
