Take-Out Specialist

$11 - 15 per hour

As a Take-Out Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of the carry-out service including greeting guests at the pickup counter and curbside pick areas as well as taking, entering, and packaging To-Go orders. A focus on safe food handling and sanitation is required as are good communication skills and being a team player to assist in other duties as requested. Qualifications

• Prior experience handling prepared and packaged food is a plus.
• Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly.
• Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
• Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts.
• Must be a team player.

Requirements

• Greet guests at the inside and curbside pickup areas.
• Accommodate any special needs of guests, i.e., condiments, etc.
• Process To-Go and Delivery Order payments as needed
• Upsell additional products when taking take-out orders.
• Take orders using software, order slips, or memorization.
• Package both hot and cold food and beverages quickly, efficiently, and safely.
• Deliver packaged food and beverages in a timely fashion to inside and outside take-out guests.
• Portion food products as required to sop. Clean and maintain the appearance of the restaurant.
• Providing exceptional customer experience.
