As a Systems Engineer on our team, you'll use your experience in network design and architecture, information assurance, group policy and account management, virtualization, installation and configuration of applications, system administration and updates, and automation to lead a team of engineers focusing on Network Modernization on an inherited, legacy infrastructure. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. On our team, you'll troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues on a training environment and analyze current working infrastructures to understand how to make improvements and increase security, reliability, and availability for mission-critical network systems.Using your technical curiosity and knowledge of industry standards, you'll make an impact on national security missions.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience working in a professional environment

• 5+ years of experience leading a team

• Experience with Linux operating systems

• Experience in creating testing plans and procedures

• Experience deriving requirements from the client

• Experience with Windows operating systems

• Experience setting up ESXI hosts

• TS/SCI clearance

• HS diploma or GED

• Security+ Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working in a DoD or military environment

• Experience implementing containerization architecture

• Experience with TAK, such as ATAK or WINTAK

• Experience managing ATOs

• Experienceworking in the SOF community

• Experience with SATCOM and setting up mesh networks

• Knowledge of Active Directory and IIS

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodologies

• Microsoft Active Directory Administration Certification and VMware Administration Certification

• CASP+, such as SecurityX, or CISSP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
