System Engineer - Endpoint & Messaging Support

Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced System Engineer - Endpoint & Messaging Support for an immediate opening.
Job Title: System Engineer - Endpoint & Messaging Support
Employment Type: Full-time (Contract)
Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Concord, CA preferred /Charlotte, NC / San Francisco, CA - Hybrid (2 days remote / 3 days in office)
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Engineer to support enterprise endpoint management and messaging systems. This role focuses on managing Microsoft Intune, Windows 11 environments, and Exchange Online (M365), ensuring seamless device provisioning, compliance, and user support.
Key Responsibilities:

• Intune Administration: Configure and manage device policies, compliance settings, update rings, and provisioning workflows.
• Windows 11 Hub Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting, OS upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
• Exchange Online / M365: Support hybrid Exchange environments, mailbox migrations, and user onboarding.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure endpoint compliance and secure configurations.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and system health checks.
• Monitor and resolve escalated support tickets related to endpoint and messaging systems.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, and Exchange Online.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with SCCM, VMware, Citrix, and Okta is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104).
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments with hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure.
• Background in healthcare, finance, or regulated industries is a plus.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $50-55per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
